The money questions, straight.
Why is there a setup fee?
Because the launch is the bulk of the work: the scoping call, writing every page, the photo session depending on the plan, the Google Business Profile, going live. An agency charges €3,000 for that and leaves you with a site that ages on its own. I charge €490, in two instalments, and I keep maintaining it every month. The subscription itself ends after 12 months if you want it to: that aligns our interests, because if the site is no use to you, you leave.
What happens at the end of the term?
The subscription moves to month by month, whatever rhythm you started on. You can stop it with 30 days' notice, change plan, or let it run. The price you signed does not move for the whole length of the term.
Is the advertising budget paid to you?
No. The Google Ads budget is paid directly by your card to Google, on your own account. I take no commission on it: I am paid the management fee, which removes any incentive to push you to spend more.
What if I need something outside the plan?
Online shop, booking system, client area, translation: that is a separate quote, costed before I start, either as a one-off or added to the monthly fee. You approve the amount before I touch the site.
