You know who does what, when, and what it costs.
10 days between the first call and going live, in the usual case. Your share of the work: two hours in total, including the scoping call.
TYPICAL TIMELINE · GROWTH PLAN
-
STAGE 01
D+0
20 MINUTES
Scoping call
We talk about your trade, your customers and above all what you want to sell more of. The structure of the site and its copy come out of this call: the more precise you are, the fewer rounds of changes there will be.
YOU PROVIDE
- – Your three most profitable services
- – The towns where you actually work
- – Two or three competitors you come across
-
STAGE 02
D+5
2 ROUNDS OF CHANGES INCLUDED
Full design
Not a sketch: the site exactly as it will be, with the real copy and the real photos. You see it on your phone before approving. Changes go on a single list, which avoids endless back and forth.
I PRODUCE
- – Copy for every page
- – Photo session on one of your jobs
- – Mobile and desktop design
-
STAGE 03
D+10
48 HRS AFTER APPROVAL
Going live
Domain name, hosting, security certificate, Google Business Profile, forms wired to your phone and your inbox. I check mobile speed and readability before announcing that it is live.
CHECKS
- – Mobile load under 1.5 s
- – Forms tested end to end
- – Legal notice and GDPR compliant
-
STAGE 04
Follow-up
EVERY MONTH
Report and adjustments
A one-page document: visits, calls, quote requests, rankings on your keywords, and what I am changing next month. Written in plain English, not agency vocabulary.
ONGOING
- – Security updates
- – Daily backups
- – Content edits
MY COMMITMENTS
Four rules I hold myself to, written into the contract.
The quote is the final price
If I underestimated the work, that is my problem, not an extra line on your invoice.
You are the owner
Domain name, copy, photos, ad accounts: everything is in your name. Nothing is held hostage.
One point of contact
The person who answers the phone is the person working on your site. No chain of hand-offs.
I say when it is pointless
If your need does not justify a service, I say so, even when that shrinks the invoice.
